NOTE: You may want to have a bucket close at hand, as this shot can have nauseating effects on some drinkers. Be prepared for them to spit the drink out because very few people actually manage to gulp down the Cement Mixer. When serving, tell the drinker to hold it in their mouth and shake their head to mix it up before swallowing. Then, using the back of the spoon to create a layered effect, gently pour one ounce of lime juice on top of the Irish Cream. Start by pouring one ounce of Bailey’s Irish Cream into the shot glass. All you need to make a Cement Mixer is a large shot glass, a spoon, some Irish Cream, and bottled lime juice. You don’t need fancy equipment or techniques to prepare this novelty cocktail shot (see also: Panty Dropper Cocktail (or Shot!)). This unusual combination of citrus and cream ingredients sounds tasty enough – after all, Creamsicles are delicious, right?
